Hello again, beautiful dancers!
Today I am holding an adult ballet intensive with some of our remote company members who live on the East Coast. We're calling it Ballet All Day! If you can't make it, why not do some dancing at home? As I did before, I'm posting a couple of YouTube videos which were recorded live during the pandemic: one with pointe work and one without.
